Take special care to pull yarn tightly at the first and last stitch of each row so your work is not loose. Also make sure that when you slip a stitch your yarn is behind the needle AWAY from you.

About row 10 or 11 you will really be able to see the bunny body starting to take shape. I put a little bell in the 'pouch' so you could see it easier.

Cut the working yarn, leaving about a 12 inch tail. Thread the yarn onto a needle.

Run the thread through ONLY the stitches that have a 'bump' but do not pull tight.

Flip the needle over and run through the stitches that have a 'bump' on the back.  do not pull tight.

Slip the work off the knitting needle and pull the sides apart gently. You will have a little pouch.

Turn the bunny inside out so you have the nice knit stitch side on the outside.

Thread a needle with black yarn and go around a knit 'V' 4 time to give the bunny eyes.

Do the same to make a tail, or use a bell.

Tie off the cast on tail and cut off extra yarn.

Row 12 - k1, k2tog. Bring the first stitch over the second stitch like you are binding off.

Cut the working yarn, leaving about 12 inches and thread a needle with it. Run the yarn through the last stitch. pull snuggly, but do not tie.

Weave the yarn about half way down the bunny ear, then weave the edges of the ear together to make
it curl.

Make another bunny ear, then place both ears on a knitting needle and knot together. Cut the loose yarn off, leaving about an inch tail.

Stuff the bunny with fiberfill

Place the ears on top of the head and pull to 'choke' around the bunny ear knot

Make a few stitches over the opening to secure
