Cut the working yarn leaving a 16" tail. Thread onto needle and pull through remaining stitches. Weave in/Tie off on the back side of the ear.
Finishing
Stuff the head with fiberfill. Using safety pins, pin the nose onto the head about every 3 stitches.
Thread the BO yarn of the head onto a needle. Stitch the nose to the head, removing the safety pins as you go. When you have 3 safety pins left, remove them and finish stuffing the head and nose. Finish stitching up. If you have less than 4 inches of yarn, you can use the BO yarn from the nose to finish stitch them together. Weave in the yarns leaving the excess on the inside of the head.
Figure out which side of the body you want to be the front, then safety pin the head on about every 3 stitches to determine desired placement.
Stitch the giraffe head on removing the safety pins as you go. Weave in the yarn end and hide the excess on the inside of the body.

Safety pin the ears onto the head to find desired placement. Stitch ears to head. Weave in the ends and hide excess on the inside of the body.
Stitch the horns onto head, securing with a double knot at the back of the horn since weaving in will show against the contrast color. Hide the excess yarn on the inside of the giraffe.
Stuff the arms and legs with fiberfill and safety pin to the body to find desired placement. Stitch onto body. Weave in ends and hide excess yarn on the inside of the giraffe.

Stitch on eyes.
