Needle Size: Circular US 7
Yarn: Tropical Pink Aurora Borealis Yarn

Cast on 80 stitches using knitted cast on method.
Rows 1-8 - k1, p1 (1x1 Ribbing) entire row.

Row 9 - k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p1 (6 stitches total) and transfer to stitch holder/scrap yarn.
Knit 3 stitches
Knit front & back (or your preferred increase to turn the first stitch into 2 stitches) and then Knit 3
Repeat the kf&b increase + additional 3 stitches until 7 stitches are left.
Knit 1 stitch.
Transfer remaining 6 stitches onto waste yarn/stitch holder.
You will now have 84 stitches on the needle.

Rows 10-20 - Purl the even rows and Knit the odd rows. (Stocking stitch)
Row 21 - k28, kfb, kfb, k23, kfb, kfb, knit to end of row (88 sts)
Row 22 - Purl entire row.
Row 23 - k29, kfb, kfb, k25, kfb, kfb, knit to end of row (92 sts)
Row 24 - Purl entire row.
Row 25 - k30, kfb, kfb, k27, kfb, kfb, knit to end of row (96 sts)
Row 26 - Purl entire row
Row 27 - k31, kfb, kfb, k29, kfb, kfb, knit to end of row (100 sts)
Row 28 - Purl entire row
Row 29 - k32, kfb, kfb, k31, kfb, kfb, knit to end of row (104 sts)
Row 30 - Purl entire row

Leave about a foot of tail and cut the yarn.
With the right side of the work facing you, slip the right side of your circular needle into the 6 sts on the left scrap yarn.
Here is a picture of those 6 stitches on a DPN.
Here are those 6 stitches slipped onto the right side of the circular needle.
Pick up and knit 25 stitches along the side of the neck edge. Here is a picture of the little 'bars' I picked up and knitted.
Here is a picture of the 6 stitches and the 25 stitches that were picked up and knitted.
Knit the 12 stitches off the Circular knitting needle.
Here are the 6 + 25 + 12 stitches now on the needle.
Pick up and knit 25 stitches off the other side of the neck edge.
Here are the last 6 stitches, which I've transferred from the scrap yarn onto DPNs.
K1, P1 (1x1 Ribbing) these last 6 stitches onto your circular knitting needle.
How now have 74 stitches on your needle.
Knit 3 inches in 1x1 ribbing (k1, p1)
Bind off in 1x1 ribbing
Seam up the front and then the back
